Mangos are plentiful at Abuja's markets part of the year, but are eventually out of season. However, if you buy lots of them, then peel, slice, and freeze them, you will be able to enjoy the legendary "Mango-rum-ita" for months. Here is the recipe, courtesy of Joe H.

Combine rum, sliced mangoes, and fruit juice in a blender. Blend well. Add ice and blend. The result is smooth but potent! Enjoy!
