Slice the avocadoes in two, spoon the flesh in a bowl and mash with a fork. Finely dice the tomato, press the garlic cloves through a garlic press, juice the limes, and chop the cilantro. Mix everything together with the salt and olive oil.
How to serve it:
With authentic Mexican corn tortilla chips. An Abuja variation on the serving method: You can make crisp Lebanese pita bread chips by slicing pita into triangles and baking in a toaster oven.
