No, it's not coleslaw. It's lowfat and an ideal companion for a pre-dinner rakia (strong Bulgarian brandy-like aperitif, usually homemade).

How to make it:
Cut the cabbage, add the salt and the lemon juice and mash and press it using your hand. This will reduce its volume but it will also get tender and better-seasoned. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and combine them with the cabbage. Add the oil, mix and serve. Enjoy!
